Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h3><p>By accessing or using\u00a0<strong>DIGITAL NGO SOFTWARE<\/strong>\u00a0(&#8220;the Software&#8221;), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>2. License Grant<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><p><strong>Limited License<\/strong>: Winggo Soft Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DIGITAL NGO SOFTWARE for your organization&#8217;s internal operations.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Prohibited Actions<\/strong>: You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Software without explicit written permission.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>3. Account Registration &amp; Security<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><p>You must provide accurate registration information.<\/p><\/li><li><p>You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>4. Data Privacy &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><p>The Software complies with\u00a0<strong>India&#8217;s Information Technology Act, 2000<\/strong>\u00a0and relevant data protection laws.<\/p><\/li><li><p>While we implement security measures, you are responsible for protecting sensitive data accessed through the Software.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>5. User Obligations<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><p>Use the Software only for lawful purposes.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Do not upload or share harmful, illegal, or infringing content.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Maintain independent backups of critical data.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>6. Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong><\/h3><p>All intellectual property rights in the DIGITAL NGO SOFTWARE, including trademarks, logos, and content, remain the exclusive property of Winggo Soft Technologies Pvt Ltd.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>7. Termination<\/strong><\/h3><p>We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you:<\/p><ul><li><p>Violate these Terms<\/p><\/li><li><p>Engage in unlawful activities<\/p><\/li><li><p>Fail to comply with payment obligations (if applicable)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><p>Winggo Soft Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid (if any) for the Software in the preceding six months.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3><strong>9. Governing Law &amp; Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/h3><p>These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in\u00a0<strong>Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh<\/strong>.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>10. Modifications<\/strong><\/h3><p>We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.<\/p><hr \/><h3><strong>11.
