1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DIGITAL NGO SOFTWARE (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. License Grant

  • Limited License: Winggo Soft Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DIGITAL NGO SOFTWARE for your organization’s internal operations.

  • Prohibited Actions: You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Software without explicit written permission.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate registration information.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Data Privacy & Compliance

  • The Software complies with India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant data protection laws.

  • While we implement security measures, you are responsible for protecting sensitive data accessed through the Software.

5. User Obligations

  • Use the Software only for lawful purposes.

  • Do not upload or share harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

  • Maintain independent backups of critical data.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the DIGITAL NGO SOFTWARE, including trademarks, logos, and content, remain the exclusive property of Winggo Soft Technologies Pvt Ltd.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in unlawful activities

  • Fail to comply with payment obligations (if applicable)

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Winggo Soft Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid (if any) for the Software in the preceding six months.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
